The red grape is a sweet and tasty tomato favored by East Coasters in the making of New Haven style pizza. We use it as a symbol for the Connecticut delicacy that we have so proudly introduced to California diners in Sonoma.

We ventured away from Sonoma for a year of living, traveling and tasting in Connecticut and were quickly convinced that we’d never had such a delicious pizza outside of Italy. We studied, collaborated and even baked to achieve the most delectable pizzas possible, and then brought them home to share with our friend a la the red grape.

New Haven pizza is a natural for the sophisticated tastes of Californians. Super-thin, crispy crusts are baked in stone-lined pizza ovens at very high temperatures and topped with fresher and finer local ingredients. The red grape offer tempting varieties of red and white pizzas that include toppings like scampi, clams or barbecued chicken, imaginative vegetarian combinations and superb traditional favorites like four-cheeses, fresh tomato and basil. We pay considerable attention to the other local grape and serve the Valley’s best wine to complement our delicious and unique pizzas.
